Week Twenty-one: January 22nd-28th

A sweet helper on a rainy Sunday afternoon.  Look at that flooding!
One of our favorite things about CC is the art projects and science experiments.  Here we learned about sound and vibrations.

A quick trip to Knott's with the Velardes.  Silver Bullet is a favorite!
Twin Day at Awanas and someone who was having a tough time dressing themselves.
This year since we studied Medieval Times we actually went to Medieval Times!  The kids had a blast and loved getting to go for the first time (except Jeremiah).
Bekah was beyond thrilled to get a flower from our knight.
The same afternoon we had the viewing for Great Papa Bob.  It was a nice time to spend with family we hadn't seen in a long time.  The following day we had his services and he was laid to rest.  The service at the national cemetery was incredibly moving...especially when they played Taps and folded the flag for my mom.  He will be greatly missed...
In honor of Grandpa, we had to stop and get Thrifty ice cream on the way home.
The following morning we had brunch with the Harrison cousins.  It was a great time to meet their significant others and have a more relaxed time together.
